Several region games rescheduled

Friday's weather forced the cancellation of high school athletic events throughout the region. Here is some of the information regarding rescheduling:

Boys basketball

• The Greater South Shore Conference tournament semifinal game between Lake Station and Michigan City Marquette will be played at 11 a.m. today at Marquette.
• Whiting's game at Bishop Noll will be played today at 11 a.m.
• The consolation game between River Forest and North Newton will be played Monday at 7 p.m.
• North Judson will play at Rensselaer on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
• Michigan City's game at Crown Point will be today at 7:30 p.m.
• Morgan Township will play Washington Township today at 11 a.m. in the Porter County Conference tournament.
• Hebron hosts South Central at 1 p.m. in the PCC tourney.
• Chesterton's game at Portage will be played at noon today.
• Valparaiso will host LaPorte for their Duneland Athletic Conference game today at 7:30 p.m.
• Clark will play at Morton on Jan. 30 at 8 p.m.

Girls basketball

• The Porter County Conference tournament semifinal between Kouts and South Central will be played today at 11 a.m. at Morgan Township.
• Boone Grove's PCC tournament game against Morgan Township will be today at 12:30 p.m.
• The Clark girls will play at Morton Jan. 30 at 6 p.m.
• Griffith will host Lowell today at 7:30 p.m.
• Valparaiso plays at LaPorte today at 7:30 p.m.
• Merrillville will travel to Lake Central at 1:30 p.m. today.
• Andrean's game at Kankakee Valley will be played Jan. 27 at 7:30 p.m.
• Crown Point will face Michigan City at Michigan City on Jan. 31 at 7:30 p.m.
• Chesterton plays at Portage today at 1:30 p.m.
