Beecher 49, Momence 36: Kate Ranger and Taylor Johnson each scored 13 points, and Danielle Snuckel added 12 for the Bobcats (10-5).
Bishop Noll 46, Wheeler 30: Naomi House scored a game-high 13 points and Brittany Anderson added 10 to lead Bishop Noll (10-2, 5-0 Greaters South Shore Conference).
With 10 points, Kadie Spoor was the lone double-figure scorer for Wheeler (3-7, 3-1).
Mount Carmel 70, St. Francis de Sales 53: After racing out to a 15-0 lead to start the game, Mount Carmel had to weather a second-quarter rally by SFDS, which closed the gap to five before an 8-0 surge by the Caravan gave it a 34-21 lead at the half.
David Nichols sparked the late second-quarter run with a floater in the lane, and a banked jumper off a fastbreak. Nichols finished with a game-high 23 points to go with five rebounds and five assists for Mount Carmel (8-2, 3-1 Chicago Catholic South).
Cornelius McIntosh had 20 points for the Pioneers (3-4, 0-2).
