Last year: 5-16, 2-12 DAC
The Trojans are short, but not short on experience, with three multi-year starters back and several others with substantial varsity mileage. "We couldn't have better kids. We've got great leadership. I just wish they were taller," coach Jack Campbell said. As a result, Chesterton will play an up-tempo game. "We can't be very vanilla. If we sit back and play a half-court game, we're in trouble," Campbell said. "We'll try to pressure people hard for 32 minutes, and to do that, you have to play a lot of people." The Trojans remain a perimeter-oriented team, so outside shooting will again be at a premium. "Everybody talks about the defensive side of the ball," Campbell said. "If you can't put the ball in the basket, it's not going to be very pretty." — Jim Peters
