4. Lowell (5) 7-0
While the moon shines on the new-fallen snow, the Red Devils linger in a gym far below. Their wondering eyes have no fear, its the rest of the conference that seems like open-eyed reindeer.
5. Merrillville (3) 5-3
Don't be fooled by the Pirates, still lively and quick; experience they're gaining, though it best be quick. A week away from more tests and Merrillville will stand, in places they'd rather call no man's land.
6. Bishop Noll (7) 9-2
And then with a twinkling, the Warriors are proof that a well-toughened schedule is not just a spoof. With a team in full force and talent to spare, Noll is a few wins away from being there.
7. Morgan Twp. (8) 7-3
Dressed in all green, from their heads to their toes; the Cherokees are well-oiled, everyone should know. Their stars are aligned to be top of the heap, wins are not easy, they don't come cheap.
8. Crown Point (9) 6-1
The Bulldogs' eyes twinkle, their wins make them merry; how can you argue with unis colored cherry? Their defense shows how stars can glow, they're no where near ready to melt with the snow.
9. Highland (10) 6-2
They speak nary a word, let basketball do the talking; the Trojans are happy to be a little bit shocking. With a wink of their eyes and a twist of their heads, they happily give opponents something to dread.
10. Hobart (6) 6-2
