Running back Vashon Nutt also sparkled for the Vikings (8-1, 6-1) in the regular-season finale, scoring four touchdowns (two rushing and two receiving).
The Vikings finished the regular season with one loss for the first time since 1994, when they won the Class 6A title.
Thornton 50, Thornridge 0: The Wildcats (4-5, 3-4) snapped a four-game losing streak with a shutout over the Falcons (0-9, 0-7) in a SouthWest Suburban Red contest.
It marked Thornridge's 28th straight loss dating back to 2010. The last team the Falcons beat was the Wildcats in the 2010 regular-season finale.
Lincoln-Way North 42, Thornwood 6: The Phoenix (8-1, 6-1) finished their regular season with a SouthWest Suburban Red win over the Thunderbirds (2-7, 1-6).
Thornwood quarterback Travis Roberson scored on a 14-yard run. The Thunderbirds finished their season with three consecutive losses.
