With five talented transfers plus seven returning varsity players, a 6-3 senior back from a season dedicated to volleyball and a 6-5 freshman, the Vikings are suddenly one of the top teams in the region.

Outlook: Kuether can dominate inside and should be more of a scoring threat. Heyn averaged 10 points per game over the final 10 games. “The time is now," Dorn said. (The juniors) have been playing a varsity schedule for the past two years and hopefully that experience starts to pay off."
Marian Catholic Spartans

Outlook: New coach Dan Murray has a great cast returning from the Class 4A state championship team. DePaul recruit Millender leads a talented cast. Page has become an outstanding point guard and Bradley, who hit the game-winner in the state title game, will be a force.
