Outlook: A team of eight seniors and four juniors will turn heads with the likes of the 6-foot-5 all-conference player Patterson, and some players who are relatively new to the sport but will show marked improvement after gaining some club experience in the offseason.

Outlook: The Vikings have nine players -- four seniors and five juniors -- on the varsity roster right now after years of having a dozen or more. However, everyone in the front row is at least 6-1, and once the serve-receive and passing improves, this team can hang with its extremely challenging independent schedule.

Players to watch: Jake Piekarski, Jr., MH/OH; Liam Fagan, Jr., S; Sean McGlone, Jr., DS/OH; Temi Onayemi, Fr., MH.
Outlook: With only two starters returning from last season this is a year to build up the program. With no healthy seniors on the team right now, it’s up to Jake Piekarski, the coach’s son, and younger players, such as Jake’s freshman brother Zak, will have to develop for the Spartans.

Players to Watch: Dominic Villa, Sr., S/L; Sean Murphy, Sr., OH; Matt Walsh, Sr., OH; Adam Williams, Jr., OH/RS.
Outlook: The Caravan may have their strongest team in years. Matt Walsh, at 6-6, will be valuable in Mount Carmel's defense, while 6-3 Adam Williams is a threat an an outside and right-side hitter. First-year coach Abigail Hasebroock has an experienced team which could make a playoff run.

Players to watch: Fransisco Cordova, Sr., S; Edgar Orozco, So., OH.
Outlook: Cordova is the lone returning starter from a 4-21 team. The team will be young and inexperienced, but could surprise a few people as the season wears on.

Outlook: New coach Rick Carey has a strong bunch of athletes that includes members of the school’s soccer team that it made its deep playoff run this past fall.
