Tyler Brown-Henderson | St. Francis de Sales

Year: Senior
Height: 5-10
Stats: 20.3 ppg, 10.0 rpg
Notable: One of the top players in the Girls Catholic Athletic Conference, she was a big reason the Pioneers made it to the Class 2A Seton Academy Sectional final. She was an All-GCAC White pick.
Bria Gaines | Bloom Township
Position: Forward
Year: Senior
Height: 6-2
Stats: 23.7 ppg, 16.9 rpg, 4.6 bpg, 1.7 apg
Notable: The two-time Times Player of the Year, Gaines had a double-double in all but one game. She clearly dominated, even though she was double- and triple-teamed a lot. Gaines made the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association's second-team all-state team. She led the Blazing Trojans to a regional title and a 10-0 Southland Athletic Conference record. Gaines will play at Western Kentucky. She finished her Bloom career with 1,593 career points and 879 rebounds.
Marsha Howard | Crete-Monee

Year: Junior
Height: 5-10
Stats: 11.2 ppg, 10.0 rpg, 1.9 apg, 1.3 spg
Notable: Howard came on strong and was one of the reasons the Warriors won 23 games and had a great turnaround. She was also All-Southland Athletic Conference team and led the Warriors to a regional final.
Desiree Jackson | Seton Academy
Position: Forward
Year: Sophomore
Height: 5-10
Stats: 11.0 ppg, 10.4 rpg, 3 bpg
Notable: Jackson was a force inside to complement the Sting's outside game. She controlled the boards and got a lot of putbacks. Another reason for Seton's postseason success.
Sydni Johnson | Homewood-Flossmoor
Position: Guard
Year: Senior
Height: 5-11
Stats: 16.0 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 2.4 spg, 1.5 apg
Notable: Her 431 points were the most scored in a single season in the past seven years. The Howard University recruit made the SouthWest Suburban Blue Conference team and was a four-year varsity regular.
Danielle King | Bloom Township
Position: Guard
Year: Sophomore
Height: 5-5
Stats: 14.7 ppg, 6.7 apg, 4.4 spg
Notable: The sophomore transferred from Rich East and helped lead the Blazing Trojans to the Southland Athletic Conference title with a 10-0 mark. Coach Ron Newquist calls her the best point guard in the state and she may be in the next two years.
Isis Mance | St. Francis de Sales

Notable: Mance was solid under the boards and had a successful career on the East Side. She could score, but also rebound and play defense. one of the top players in the GCAC White Division.
Ashton Millender | Marian Catholic
Position: Guard
Year: Junior
Height: 5-10
Position: Guard
Stats: 15.2 ppg, 4.2 rpg, 2.0 apg
Notable: Millender was an Illinois Basketball Coaches Association first-team pick for Class 3A/4A and came up big when Marian needed it on its way to a Clss 4A state title. Her 3-point, buzzer-beater gave Marian a win over Marist in the Mother McAuley Sectional final, and she had 29 points in a Class 4A semifinal upset of Whitney Young. She was also named to East Suburban Catholic Conference team.
Aliyah Owens | Thornwood
Position: Forward
Year: Senior
Height: 6-0
Position: Forward
Stats: 11.2 ppg, 10.3 rpg
Notable: She gave the Thunderbirds a good inside game was named to the SouthWest Suburban Blue Conference team. Owen was also named to the all-tournament teams at the Rich South Galaxy and T.F. South Holiday tourneys.
Teniya Page | Marian Catholic
Position: Guard
Year: Sophomore
Height: 5-8
Stats: 12.2 ppg, 2.7 rpg, 4.7 apg
Notable: One of the reasons the Spartans won the Class 4A state title. She ran the show and is a two-year starter and the first point guard to start as a freshman since Notre Dame senior Kaila Turner. She could handle the press and was a tough defender. She is one of the top guard in the state as she was named to Illinois Basketball Coaches Association's Class 3A/4A all-state team.
Kat Strong | Bloom Township
Position: Guard
Year: Sophomore
Height: 6-0
Stats: 15.6 ppg, 9.9 rpg, 5.4 apg, 3.6 apg
Notable: Strong was a physical guard who could drive to the basket or hit the 3-pointer. She could also pass as well as rebound. An All-Southland athletic Conference pick, she is a two-year starter.

Stats: 9.0 ppg, 7.2 rpg, 2.9 apg, 2.5 spg
Notable: Bertrand was the floor and team leader for the Rebels. She didn't let her lack of size stop her from crashing the boards.
Kauai Bradley | Marian Catholic | 6-0 | So. | F
Stats: 6.7 ppg, 6.8 rpg
Notable: She hit the game-winning shot to give the Spartans the Class 4A state title.
Ashley Carroll | Beecher | 5-10 | Sr. | F
Stats: 13.0 ppg, 6.7 apg, 4.4 spg
Notable: A first-team River Valley Conference pick, Carroll was the Ladycats' top player.
Lindzy Cox | Crete-Monee | 5-7 | Fr. | G
Stats: 10.1 ppg, 4.6 spg, 3.2 rpg, 1.9 apg
Notable: The freshman was quite impressive and will continue to impress the next four seasons.

Notable: One of the top players in the Southland Athletic Conference, Henry was a force inside for the Warriors.

Notable: In what was a rebuilding year, Johnson was the team's top scorer. She also did a good job of distributing the ball and playing defense.
Caroline Kuether | Illinois Lutheran | 5-9 | Jr. | F
Stats: 8.3 ppg, 7.3 rpg
Notable: She played inside and held her own against taller players. Kuether also had 55 blocked shots.
Arielle Miree | Thornwood | 5-2 | Sr. | G
Stats: 9.1 ppg
Notable: A three-year starter and an All-SouthWest Suburban Red selection, Miree ran the floor for the Thunderbirds.
Jaiveonna Norris | Homewood-Flossmoor | 5-9 | Jr. | F
Stats: 10.1 ppg, 5.6 rpg
Notable: Norris stepped it up when needed to lead the Vikings to another winning season.
Melanie Ransom | Marian Catholic | 6-0 | Sr. | G-F

Notable: The Davidson recruit transferred from Walther Lutheran and was a big contributor to the Spartan's Class 4A title run.

Notable: She stepped right in as a freshman and ran the floor for the Pioneers. You will hear a lot from her in the next three years.
