(Last year's record in parentheses)
1. Seton Academy (28-6)
The Sting return a good group, including 6-foot-7 Alex Foster, from last year's team which was fourth in Class 2A. Another tough schedule will get them ready for the postseason.
2. Bloom Township (28-5)
Johnny Griffin and Jataryan Dejaraux lead the charge and Zerell Jackson will be the point in what should be another great season in Chicago Heights.
3. Homewood-Flossmoor (22-8)
The Vikings lost nearly everyone, but return a tall squad that will develop quickly. It will have to with H-F's schedule.
4. Crete-Monee (18-8)
Tom Cappel's squad will do just fine. It will be a different team, but there is plenty of talent on Exchange Street. Marvie Keith will be the point guard and the rest of the cast is there.
5. Thornton (13-16)
Last season was tough, but the Wildcats are ready for a great year. Losing seasons are few and far between in Harvey. This year's team will be fun to watch.
