Tai Odiase had 35 points, 12 rebounds and eight blocks as the Homewood-Flossmoor boys basketball team beat Joliet West 72-56 in a SouthWest Suburban Blue boys basketball game Thursday.
Devon Smith had 22 points for the Vikings (5-3, 2-1).
Elliot Fizer led Joliet West (4-5, 0-3) with 16 points.
Illinois Lutheran 43, Donovan 15: Despite shooting just 24 percent from the field the Chargers (5-6, 1-3) won the River Valley Conference game.
Illinois Lutheran made 18 of 74 field-goal attempts. Janelle Heyn led the Cahrgers with 12 points, while Nicole Woldhuis had seven points and eight rebounds.
Kassie Kernagis had eight points.
Richards 65, T.F. North 61 (2OT): Dayza Dunn had a double-double with 13 points and 18 rebounds, but the Meteors (4-3, 2-2 South Suburban Blue) fell to the Bulldogs (4-7, 1-3 SSC Red).
Tyra Johnson had 24 points, while Chanel Howard had 13.
Thornwood 49, St. Francis de Sales 42: Dominique Hill's 12 points and Janez Winston's 10 points led the Thunderbirds past the Pioneers.
T.F. South 1,710, Lemont 1,708: Quanisha Spann's 373 series led the Rebels past the Indians.
Natalie Pascual rolled a 348 with a 190 high game. and Amber Montejano a 332.
