Caleb Jonkman had 26 points and nine rebounds, and Ryan Barnes added 13 points and seven rebounds to lead Illiana Christian past Reed Custer 83-64 Tuesday at the Seneca Thanksgiving Tournament.
Marcus Ottenhoff had 11 points and eight assists for Illiana Christian (2-0), which will play St. Anne Friday in the pool-play final to determine who advances to Saturday's championship.
T.F. North 45, Thornwood 22: Summer McGee and Chanel Howard had 14 points each as the Meteors (2-0) beat the Thunderbirds.
Dominique Hill led Thornwood with seven points.
Ladycat Fall Classic: Senior Janna Vree had 19 of her 23 points in the second half and Gabby Kreykes' 18 points led the Vikings past the Ladycats in the fifth-place game of the Ladycat Fall Classic.
Bria Cole added 11 points.
Danielle Snuckel led Beecher with 27 points.
Kreykes and Snuckel were named to the all-tournament team.
Lincoln-Way North 58, Bloom Twp. 52: Anika Johnson had 22 points, but the No. 4 Blazing Trojans (2-2) fell to the Phoenix in the consolation bracket of the Rich South Galaxy Tournament.
Illinois Lutheran 38, Roycemore 24: Caroline Kuether's 19 points and 12 rebounds led the Chargers (2-1) to the win at the Morgan Park Academy Thanksgiving Tournament.
Janelle Heyn had five points and two assists.
Marist Thanksgiving Tournament: Marsha Howard had 19 points and 13 rebounds to lead No. 3 Crete-Monee past South Shore 55-39 Tuesday night at the Marist Thanksgiving Girls Tournament.
Ashley Henry had a double-double herself with 10 points and 11 rebounds, and Lindzy Cox scored 10 while striking twice from 3-point land for the Warriors (2-0), who'll play three more games in the pool-play tourney.
Shepard 1,993, T.F. North 1,676: Javon Brown's 405 series led the Meteors in their loss to the Astros.

Mount Carmel tickets on sale: Tickets for Saturday's Class 7A state championship game between Mount Carmel and Lake Zurich are on sale at Mount Carmel High School, 6410 S. Dante Ave., Chicago. They will be on sale from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday. Tickets are $10. The game is set for 4 p.m. Saturday at Huskie Stadium in DeKalb.

T.F. South to host seminar: T. F. South is hosting “Concussions in Sport” seminar at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday in the red gymnasium. Dr. Timothy Mullaly, from the Indiana Sports and Medical Institute, will be leading a seminar about what a concussion is, diagnosing a concussion, symptoms of concussions, treatment options and return to play protocols. Parents and athletes are all welcome to attend.
