Jamie Petrarca had four kills and six blocks, and Tina Massey had three kills and six digs to lead the Illiana Christian girls volleyball team to a win in one semifinal of the Class 3A Rich South Regional.
The Vikings beat Rich East 25-16, 25-11 to advance to Thursday's final against Queen of Peace.

Beecher Regional
Beecher 25-25, Momence 18-13: Savannah Soppet had seven kills, while Heather Buchmeir had five kills, nine digs and two aces to lead the Ladycats (22-8) to a regional semifinal win.
Katie Howard had four aces, while Katie Wilkoz had 14 assists. Beecher will play Bishop McNamara Thursday for the championship.
