Mark Weems and Kamal Shasi each had triple-doubles to lead Seton Academy to a 96-71 boys basketball win over Eisenhower on Tuesday.
Mark Weems had 17 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists, while Kamal Shasi collected 11 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists.
Alex Foster led the Sting (14-8) in scoring with 27 points.
Gardner-South Wilmington 71, Beecher 64, 3 OT: Jacob D'Anna's 22 points led the Bobcats in a River Valley Conference loss.
Girls Basketball
Homewood-Flossmoor 61, Lockport 39: Jaivionna Norris led the Vikings (13-8, 7-2 SWSC) with 16 points in the lopsided win. Syndi Johnson added 13 points for H-F.
Crete-Monee 56, Oak Forest 34: Three players scored in double figures as the No. 3 Warriors (20-2) beat the Bengals.
Marsha Howard led the way with 13 points, while Alexia DeBose had 12. Ashley Henry added 11.
Girls Bowling
T.F. South 1,852, Oak Forest 1,417: Lauren Hart's two-game score of 415 led the Rebels to victory.
Hart's first game of 213 was the best score on the team. She followed that with a 202 in her second game.
Charity Bickom rolled a 409, including a 211 for her first game.
Boys Swimming
Thornton Fractional 70, Oak Forest 24: T.F.'s Thomas Kotel came up big, winning the 200 free (2:05.57) and the 100 fly (1:02.84).
Corey Postema was also a two-event winner, taking the 50 free (26.13) and the 100 back (1:07.82).
