Mount Carmel to host women's gridiron clinic: The Mount Carmel football program and the Caravan football coaching staff will host an evening of Caravan football exclusively for women on Wednesday.
It is an evening dedicated to teaching football basics through classroom work and drills — an experience just like all Mount Carmel football players have. You can ask the questions you’ve always wanted to ask; get acquainted with each position; feel what it’s like to be on the field — all in a fun setting.
It includes a meet and greet with the coaches, drills on Carey Field, a group picture, and refreshments at the end of the evening.
The cost of the clinic is $50, with all proceeds going to the Gridiron Club which supports the Caravan football program. The price includes a T-shirt and refreshments.
