Marius Hill's 15 points led Times No. 4 Homewood-Flossmoor to a thrilling 59-58 overtime boys basketball win over Joliet West on Tuesday.
Ricky Bullock added nine points, including three in overtime.
Illiana Christian 62, Glenbard South 54: Caleb Jonkman (14-8, 5-3) led the Vikings with 16 points in the win.
Brandon Martin chipped in 12 points for Illiana, while Jon Zandstra added 11 points and six assists.
Thornton 56, Andrew 52: Rayshaun Bruce scored a team-high 17 points to help give the Wildcats (9-8, 7-1 SouthWest Suburban Red) the close win.
Brian Nicholson and Justin Taylor each added 12.
Thornwood 48, Thornridge 34: Rashaad Alexander's 15 points led the Thunderbirds to the SouthWest Suburban Red win over the Falcons.
Isaiah Polk and Laron Williams added eight rebounds each.
Darrion Robinson and Joseph Gant led Thornridge with 11 and 10 points respectively. Robinson also had nine rebounds.
Girls Basketball
Illinois Lutheran 38, Community Christian (Mo.) 28: Caroline Kuether led the Chargers with 19 points and seven rebounds in the win.
Janelle Heyn added nine points.
Marian Catholic 57, Providence 23: Ashton Millender led a balanced offensive attack with 13 points, helping give The Tims No. 1 Spartans (23-1, 7-0 ) the East Suburban Catholic Conference win.
Kauai Bradley chipped in eight points for Marian Catholic.
St. Francis de Sales 58, Gordon Tech 48: Sharice Scott scored a team-high 20 points to help give the Pioneers the win in the GCAC White Tournament.
Jailin Burchett didn't score, but she pulled down 15 rebounds.
Timothy Christian 32, Illiana Christian 26: Alexa Van Beek's 12 points were not enough as the Vikings fell in a defensive struggle.
Andie Durham added five points for Illiana.

Basketball doubleheader: T. F. South will be hosting District 215 rival T. F. North in a boys/girls doubleheader on Friday.
The girls game will start at 5:30 p.m. and the boys' game at 7 p.m. Gates will close at halftime of the boys game and no one will be admitted after.
