It's the first time in the program's history it has been No. 1 in a state poll.

T.F. South 63, Shepard 39: A 25-5 third quarter powered The Times No. 4 Rebels (14-2, 5-0) to a South Suburban Blue blowout. Ren' Cia Rolling's 13 points and eight rebounds led the way for South. Ninah Bertrand added 11 points.
Beecher 51, Manteno 34: Danielle Snuckel's 14 points and Taylor Johnson's 11 points led the Ladycats (13-5, 6-0) to a River Valley Conference win. Eve Stolzenbach had nine points, while Johnson had four rebounds and three assists.
T.F. North 52, Argo 42: Tyra Johnson's 22 points and Chanel Howard's 18 led the Meteors to a South Suburban Blue wn over the Argonauts.
Seton Academy 54, Mount Assisi 40: Danielle Bailey and Ebony Bailey both scored 15 points to lead the Sting (8-6) to the win.
Illinois Lutheran 70, Donovan 56: Collin Borns paced the Chargers (6-2, 3-1 River Valley Conference) with 22 points, while Mack Newson had 20.
The Chargers rallied from a 33-20 halftime deficit.
Thornton 79, Joliet West 66: The Times No. 4 Wildcats (9-4) survived 26-of-41 foul shooting as Justin Taylor led the way with 20 points. Jamani Pierce added 18, Damarques Turner 13 and DeAndre Fuller 10. The 6-foot-7 Pierce also grabbed 10 rebounds.
Mt. Carmel 69, Leo 58: David Nichols' 20 points and four assists led the Caravan (12-6 overall) to a Catholic League crossover win over the Lions. Devante Charles grabbed 11 rebounds.
T.F. South 1,778, Bremen 1,403: Madalin Tiltges rolled a team-high 426 series to help the Rebels to the win. Tiltges also bowled a high game of 240 for T.F. South. Veronica Powell rolled a 352 series for the Rebels.
