Michigan City Marquette's girls volleyball team won its ninth Class A state title, and sixth straight, with a 25-18, 25-10, 23-25, 25-19 victory over Wes-Del at Ball State's Worthen Arena on Saturday.
The Blazers ended their season 34-6.
The Blazers advanced to Saturday's Class A state championship match after beating Barr-Reeve 22-25, 25-15, 25-20, 25-16 in Saturday's semifinals in Muncie.
