HAMMOND | Derek Jobe picked up the first save of the World Series as he helped his El Dorado, Ark., team save some face in a thrilling come-from-behind victory against Quincy, Mass.

El Dorado was already eliminated from possible single-bracket play, but that didn't stop the team from rallying for three runs in the sixth inning after falling behind 2-1.

Hunter Stringer's two-run single in the sixth proved to be the game-winner, and Jacob Boshears clubbed his second homer of the WS and got the win on the mound for El Dorado (1-3).

Martin McCormack hit a two-run homer in the first for Quincy (0-3), who will try to leave town with a win itself in a final pool-play game against Honolulu at 5:30 p.m. today.
