NWI Exiles surge past Chicago Riot, 29-27
HOBART | In what may be the biggest comeback in club history, the Northwest Indiana Exiles Rugby Club rallied from a 24-0 halftime deficit to defeat the previously undefeated Chicago Riot 29-27 Saturday at the Hobart Rugby Pitch.
Winger Kyle Morris raced 40 yards for a try to tie the game at 27-27 late in the second half before Dan Biby, who sustained a busted up nose and banged up shoulder during the game, kicked the two-point conversion -- his third of the game -- to put the Exiles up for good.
Morris had scored a previous try, and John Juzwicki Jr. and Josh Huddleson each scored trys for the Exiles.
