Bowling association seeks hall of fame nominations

The Greater Calumet Area USBC is looking for men and women have had an impact on the local bowling community for its hall of fame. Nominees should be at least 45 years old and have been sanctioned league bowlers in GCA centers for at least 10 years. Nomination deadline is June 1. Bowling association to hold scholarship golf outing

HIGHLAND | The Greater Calumet Area USBC will host its seventh-annual golf outing July 27 at Wicker Memorial Park. Entry is $80 per person. Proceeds will go toward the association's annual scholarship for graduating high school senior boys and girls.

SCHERERVILLE | Fleet Feet Sports is offering a Youth No Boundaries 5K running program for boys and girls ages 8-13.
