Fit City Challenge begins Monday

Duneland Wrestling Club sets sign-ups
CHESTERTON | The Duneland Elementary Wrestling League will have sign-ups and their first practice from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. Monday in the Chesterton High School fieldhouse. The league is open to any child in grades kindergarten to six who attends Duneland Schools, St. Patrick's or Discovery Charter. The league meets twice a week Monday through Dec. 15. The program includes instruction from high school and club coaches as well as at least three "friendship meets" with other clubs. Cost is $75. Bases Loaded offering fitness programs, family memberships
VALPARAISO | Bases Loaded, 884 North 100 West, is offering its Edge Fitness Program to middle school athletes starting next week. Sessions will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesdays and from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. Saturdays. Cost is $10 per session with a minimum purchase of 10 sessions.
Bases Loaded is offering individual and family memberships available November through April. Membership includes unlimited use of the facility, discounts and a Bases Loaded T-shirt. Individual memberships are $360; family memberships are an additional $60 per family member.

Fleet Feet Sports will hold its Holiday No Boundaries Beginner Runner Program.
