Portage physicals next week
PORTAGE | Sports physicals for Portage High School athletes will be available from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday in the main gym. Check-in time is 5:30. Cost is $25. The staffs at Lakeshore Bone and Joint Institute and Porter Health will conduct the physicals. A completed sports physical must be turned in prior to the first day of practice.
Healthy Hustle 5K run/walk June 7

Joyriders bicycle training program starts June 11

SOUTH BEND | The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians and its Four Winds casinos have announced the inaugural 5K Run and Fitness Walk on June 15 at the Blackthorn Golf Club, kicking off a week of festivities leading up to the 2014 Four Winds Invitational, a pro women's golf tournament.
