Winter softball camps at VU

VALPARAISO | Valparaiso's softball team will host a a pair of camps this winter. The hitting/pitching camp will be Sunday, while the all-skills camp will be Feb. 23. Both camps are available for children in grades two through 12. The cost is $65 for each camp. The hitting-pitching camp will run in two separate two-hour sessions. Additional early-bird camps for grades eight through 12 are available for an extra $40. A video swing analysis is available for an extra $30. Valpo Parks offer youth soccer camps

The cost is $200 per player, which includes $25 in raffle tickets, $100 for the second player with a $300 family maximum. Indiana Chiefs of Hammond to hold Sunday camps

HAMMOND | The Indiana Chiefs of Hammond will offer Sunday Morning Baseball Camps inside the Bishop Noll fieldhouse, 1519 Hoffman St. The camp dates are Jan. 26; Feb. 2, 9 and 23, and March 2 and 9.
