Lake Central Hockey Club holding on-ice conditioning
ST. JOHN | The Lake Central Hockey Club is beginning on-ice conditioning at Midwest Training and Ice Center for players in grades 9-12 interested in playing for Lake Central this fall. There are eight on-ice conditioning sessions scheduled beginning Aug. 6. Three tryout dates will be determined at a later time.
The conditioning times and dates are from 3 to 4 p.m. Aug. 6, 8 and 13; from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 15; from 9:10 to 10:10 p.m. Aug. 20; from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 22; from 9:10 to 10:10 p.m. Aug. 27; and from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 29.

WHAM bike ride to travel through region
