Tour de LaPorte to be held Aug. 25-27: The Tour de LaPorte will be held beginning at Cummings Lodge from Friday to Aug. 27. The Tour is a bike riding, running and walking event presented by Healthcare Foundation of LaPorte to benefit local patients with cancer. Valpo softball to host camp: Valparaiso University coach Kate Stake and the Crusaders softball program will host a Fall Experience Camp on Sept. 30 at the VU field.
