Ron Donahue, left, of Prompt Ambulance, stands with EMS Toolkit software developer Brian Polackoff on Thursday. Polackoff has been working with Prompt to develop software that will compile customer survey results data to let Prompt know where it is doing things right, or where they may need to make improvements. "Based on the needs of customers, we'll make adjustments accordingly," said Donahue who added that 80 percent of Prompt's business is from non-emergency customers. The surveys will also be individualized to the crew that responds to a call. "It's not just sending an ambulance. We're trying to make sure the right crew is sent to a call," he said.
