Can he get the death penalty? I sure hope so. To bad his daddy can't too, but he will be found guilty and will not make it long locked up.

His father is as guilty as Dustin. Lets hope they can share a cell together. CPPD needs to fire him ASAP, why would they want to keep such a dirty officer on.
