Not True... yes, they do have to accept all that apply, but if the student gets in trouble or is not doing well they can expel them and then who has to take them in???? If you guessed the local public school you are a winner! 80-90% of education starts at home... even the best teachers can do little when a child is concerned where their next meal is going to come from or they have to work 30-40 hours a week to support their family.
