  2. Anytime it's a clear-cut case of child molestation the death penalty should apply. After all he destroyed this child in many ways so it's only fittiing

  3. Mr. Burger is right!!! I sold a firearm after placing an ad in the bargain finder. I met the gentleman in walmarts parking lot. I checked that he had a LTCH and had ID and that was that. Fact is you cant legislate "crazy" A few will commit terrible acts while 99% while never do such acts

  5. The solution is rather simple to these types of crimes. If it is a clear cut case in which the rapist is caught red-handed simply put him to death. this includes caught red-handed rapists of grown women. Also if anyone agues that sexually explicit movies are not to blame you are merely deluding yourself. This conduct is promoted by degenerates in the movie industry and Constitutionally protected. Which I will once again quote Adam Smith that the constitution is meant only for a religous and moral people it is entirely inadaquate to govern any other. Im sure the ACLU will disagree with me

  6. Also IM Adam Smith said that the constitution was only fit to govern religous and moral people it is entirely inadaquate to govern any other. So by bringing the Founders in on your comment they could not of conceived of this even being a possibility. I further will state that being gay is either a mental defect or the result of abuse. In any case it is not to be sanctioned

  7. Independent Mind I have long respected your insight on many issues and still do. However on this I respectfully disagree If we sanction gay marriage it is saying that almost any "union" would be condoned. Even if we do not bring GOD into this which I wont, even naturalists will understand that these "parts" do not fit together. There is no reproduction purpose for this. And generally speaking Ive never seen a parade of people exalting their heterosexuality only gays. Imagine if you will the govt. giving its "blessing" to this type of action. What is next? the lonely widow marrying her dog? Or first cousins marrying? or maybe next grown men will be allowed to marry a boy or girl? I retract my statement that I will not bring God into this because it is apt. If we as a nation sanction or give govenmental "blessing" that its OK. We as a nation will be further punished down the road

  8. Firing 45 rounds in a min.? In competent hands so can a revolver with full moon"reloaders". Are you wanting to ban revolvers next?

  9. "Sport shooting" as in long distance accuracy.....for the sport of it not to be "justified"as to why you want something. Much in the same way "motorheads" dont need to justify why they want more horsepower. Although both examples can be abused (resulting in death) That doesnt give Govt. or even the majority of people the right to restrict it. It is the very reason that we do not live in a democracy....the majority can eliminate a right because it does'nt like it. Thats why we live in a Republic where no majority can override our Constitutional guarantees

  10. I agree with you in part Yojimbo. Fact is the majority of murders are not necesarrily gang related. The problem is lack of morality...yes some of the murders are gang related however many are everyday people who blow some situation out of control are responsible for the bulk. The proposed gun legislation would do nothing to prevent the highly publicized massacres. Which make up only a small percentage of murders. The problem as I have said is morality if people didnt kill each other over "the way you looked at me". Then most murders committed with firearms (Legally obtained or otherwise) would not occur. If people are not raised to respect life then no gun control measure will do any good. Most murderers never use an "assault weapon". If these reduced capacity magazines are used in any assualt then the perpatrator mearly has to change mags once or twice resulting in the same number of victims. The fact that this nation has clearly turned against God is a big reason for the bloodshed.
