- I gurantee all they're trying to do is either get time served or mess it up enough to where there's a mistrial i believe in the whole innocent until proven guilty thing but the evidence seems rather condemning amanda was a friend of mine and i've read all the articles whether he's guilty or not even though i think he is what's being forgotten is that a girl with her whole life ahead of her and who did nothing to anyone is gone this has gone on for almost a year and with the way they're talking it will go for over a year it's needs to end so she can get the justice she deserves and both her and her family can rest more peacefully

- Portagemom ruth smyers is my fiancee's mother and i know for a fact she took in frankie when he needed it and my fiancee says frankie is his brother as do i and a few others that is the type of person frankie was blood doesn't define family how you treat one another does and we are aware of all the things being said and they are being dealt with but as far as the obituary goes you would have had to have like 2-3 obits to include all the people he left behind that he considered family but that unfortunately could not be done we unfortunately do not know all the facts when we read the paper and i can understand your confusion
