- They need to get this plant working and operational. Older plants are no longer sufficient for our water filtration needs as they are outdated, and aren't designed to remove all contaminants that are found in today's water source.

- This is a problem that needs to be rectified immediately. A new system should have been put in place years ago, and the debate as to whether or not they should open the plant is in question is absurd. The quality of water received from the old plant will not provide enough protection from what is now in our waters. (But I have a reverse osmosis system, so I don't have to worry) Not only is the protection of the citizens insufficient, the plant is falling apart. Reach an agreement and get this plant up and running ASAP!
