- Hopefully now, the Bach family will have some sort of closure. What this poor family had to endure, first losing sweet, beautiful Amanda, and then reliving this horrible trial. Justice was all they wanted, justice for Amanda. Rest In Peace Amanda. As for Dustin, you reaped what you sown. As for his slimy Dad, you are an embaressment to policeman. The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree!

- If I was in jail (and never was) I certainly would NOT do any talking about why I was in there. Too many jail house snitches. This kid is arrogant or extremely STUPID to be talking. Didn't his arrogant Daddy teach him anything besides how to dispose of a gun? I still think there was someone else there the night Amanda was killed. Something's not right with this picture.

- Why.... oh...why would you ADMIT to a jailer that you shot her because "she crossed you". Is this kid that stupid? Also, I would not think that him taking the stand would be in his best interest. Putting him on the stand would NOT clear him. This kid is guilty. And some of the witnesses, jeez, I certainly wouldn't want April Kutchka going to bat for me. Pedofile that she is.Also, who is this "person" who said, "I can't believe this is happening"? If Amanda was shot in the neck, how could she have said this, or is there someone else who was there?
