  3. my2cents-i think you are mistaken. i believe if they are in "hot pursuit" they can & do cross state lines to capture/arrest criminals. otherwise, all the close-to-the-border-criminals would have to do is quickly cross state lines to avoid pursuit & arrest.

  4. seriously??? this "person" was allowed to buy $9000 in giftcards? he doesn't look like he could afford to buy $9 in giftcards...
    stores really infuriate me. why aren't they asking for ID with transactions over a certain amount, like $100? why aren't the clerks trained to spot fraud? i certainly would have called over the manager if i had been the clerk in this transaction.

  7. a few years ago, Dave's Tree Service, cleared the lot next to our house in preparation of building a house. they cut down 5-10 trees & chipped them all right onto the lot. what a waste. also bad for the soil, rotting wood is great for growing mushrooms. i think anyone that behaves like that has a few screws loose. now there is proof.
