Its not all that difficult to spook someone that is older. My 90 year old aunt answered a call and believed them and thankfully called my mother. She was told Not to tell anyone bc he was so embarassed (her nephew). Its late at night or early and she was really wanting to help and it's sad.
Make sure you tell your elderly family members not to fall for it.
It was almost the same dialogue.
