- Really??? you would authorize a rate increase for them to hire more crews???? Crews that they would only use when disaster strikes... what would those crews be doing for the rest of the year with the higher rates?? sitting around hoping for a storm to damage peoples property... I am sure that they read stuff like this too... so good thing you are telling them its ok for them to raise the rates if they hire more crews... very intelligent Informed American... I am thinking you are not so informed...
