As a Munster resident who has quite a few trees on my property, my front trees have been marked as diseased and are coming down. It saddens me, and decreases my property value. My entire block is framed in beautiful mature trees. Are they going to be replacing them or just casting them aside?

Really? Is this really the position the ACLU is going to take? I was tormented in school. I remember vividly the 'jesting' that went on. Is it really only 'jesting' when the ones who are laughing are the ones making the jokes? Were they going to actually harm anyone? Who knows, but the emotional implications to their intended victims are real and will follow them for a long time.

By the way, ACLU, the 'reasonable-ness standard' applies to adults. These are kids. Adults have hopefully learned that there are consequences to things that are said and done, kids need to be taught that.
