Well Lillian, we do a thorough background check before hiring our managers. Joes past employers speak very highly of Joes "car" abilities, people like Mike Berman, owner of one of the largest auto dealership groups in the country. We were also aware of his past mistake, unrelated to the car business and feel he has paid his debt and learned his lesson. Joe is the loving father of two sons and works hard everyday for those boys. We felt he deserved a second chance and to that we couldn't be happier with his performance. To: Dear Zachary, My apologies if I in any way I didn't treat you in a respectful manor. One of the reasons I wanted to change the approach to car sales was my discomfort with the sales process at other dealerships. I hope you'll give us a chance to show you a better way to buy a car.
