  1. My car had a hard cold-start all week. All I want is for the bad gas to be replaced with good gas, BP can even have the bad gas back if they want it. BP's call center told me to take the car in to my mechanic and save the receipt. It cost me a lost 1/2 work day, plus $191.23 mechanic's charge. The mechanic told me it was bad gas, and go re-fill at somewhere other than BP. Did that. Car runs great now. But now I owe the money on my credit card, and how long before BP pays me back for the mechanic's charge and the bad gas? Not to mention lost work.
