- This was my mother in law I miss her everyday. We wanted Fred to receive more then the 45 years, but to worry about the max the judge would have sentence Fred and going to trial we agreed to the 45. No matter the years we cant' bring her back,but we can live a few years in comfort,also we don't have to worry about him appealing in the future. This was a bitter sweet day.
