    He could legally carry, yes. But he wasn't aloud to buy it. DID HE ALSO STEAL IT?

  3. Soo DLZ has been around surveying and everything for nearly 6 months now. Instead of another park I'd say build up the portage mall again. ( since they did put in that CLASSY ) that says portage mall. I believe woodland park has a handle on all the city's events pretty well we don't need another park building no one uses anything back in that area. ALSO that CLASSY new university center they built isn't even running yet. Founders park is just the police hide out.

  4. Well I would hope with this issue that everyone isn't going to rush out a buy gas which should mean that they aren't making money meaning they need to LOWER prices to lure customers back. Try not to buy for as long as possible!

  5. 32,000 for a license plate reader in portage! We don't need it. About the roads though how about this evergreen bridge that has been shut down for what some 2 years almost. Because they don't have money to fix it or because they can't decide with they want to put a sidewalk on it. There's 32,000 closer to fixing that. A house nearly burned down on the side of town because the fire dept. Had to drive all the way around!!!
