1. Thanks for listing these names, TheBlockRep. I will especially look for their names on the ballot. Unfortunately, some of these judges have been sitting on the bench for so long they feel invincible, like no one would dare vote them off. A new day is dawning, not just for Temores and his family but also for the judges who have let him walked. By the way, the Times article mentioned a pregnant girlfriend. How would it be for Temores if his baby was left without a daddy or granddaddy because of a drunk driver? Would he (Temores) want to see that person in prison?

  2. Totally agree with these comments. I feel sure that Mr. Temores expected to be walking out of the courtroom yesterday, as he has so many times before. This time, your attorneys couldn't work the magic of (cash) now you see it, now you don't. Does Temores have any remorse or guilt over this last offense - a father and grandfather is dead? How would Temores feel if someone in his own family was killed by a drunk driver? Hopefully, he'll have plenty of time to think about that while sitting in prison, where he belongs for a change.
