- I hope everyone comes out and helps support Micah and his family. We will have tons of fun for a worthy cause. Mrs. Annicks has a huge heart filled with kindness and love. I am happy that she has been part of my own children's life. There is a special place in heaven for people like her.

- We don't really have the right to tell the teacher where to live, considering that the police and fire department no longer have those requirements. So stop ur complaining and squabble about such little things. Complain about the tax raise, - okay I understand. Complaining about where they live- dumb.

- I heard they have a deductable for healthcare. I believe they have to meet an annual deductable and I hear it is quite high, then they have a co-insurance like an 80/20. I am sure they aren't getting away so scott free. Now I do agree (if it is true) that their pay raise was extremely high, especially since not all the teacher are up to par. But that in itself it is own debate. I like, Amandafys, want to see the proof to these so call pay raises. Can someone point me in the right direction of where i can get this information?

- It is so sad to see how many people fought for the schools and for the current Board and now to see this. I am so disappointed in D158 for their lack of honesty. We all praised them for lowering the tax levy and now it feels like a slap in the face to have it raise again. What is so different in the last few months for them to do a complete turn around and raise it again? I don't think going to a school board meeting will even help. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THIS: THEY WILL DO WHAT THEY WANT TO DO. All of us can go in there- even the board supports and ask why - and ask them not to rasie the levy and I believe with all my heart that it will fall on deaf ears and they will not heed our request and vote the way they want. They are there to listen to us and to COMPROMISE but I don' t think anyone on that board even know what the word compromise means. I am so disappointed. I am a HUGE supporter of d158 but this is wrong. Actions like this by the board has Mr. A looking more like the honest one. Thank you Mr. A for voting the right way. I am going to truly have to re think how I am going to vote in April because I think he just won my vote.
