  1. I couldn't agree more with the statement that these comments are getting out of hand.

This is why no one wants to coach high school sports. When you are successful its becuase you have great players, when you lose its all the coaches fault.

Watching the game on Tuesday and watchiing the team for many years, can say that the best pitcher started the game. She pitched the sectional final and allowed only one hit to Munster. She had a bad day and I'm sure if Sherman could do it over he would have pulled her quicker.

Karbegr defensive was terrible behind her. She had a catcher that dropped numerous balls behind the plate. A second baseman that couldnt handle a routine grounder. A outfielder that missed a ball. Their best infielder dropping a sure popup... there all-state centerfielder missing a ball. All these problems let more to the 8 runs.

The whole politics comments are coming from the parents who kids got cut or replaced by the younger players. Sorry to say this but the better players were on the field that night. If not, please let me know who was better. Novak was a defensive liability but she was a offensive weapon, who by the way was named to the all-conference team. Guess she should have played JV all year. Karberg was on JV to start the year because LC had so much depth in the pitching staff.

I get so tired of parents whining about playing time and having these parents going after coaches and threateniing to hurt them after a team loses. Reality check... this is high school sports!!
