- First of all, I'm know for a fact J.Wynsma does NOT live for free in one of Abbott's houses, so please get your facts straight before you start false rumors. second of all, why are all you haters snubbing your noses at a positive group coming into Lansing. Would you rather the current empty buildings stay that way and make the town look even worse? Election or not, this town needs to come together and embrace the new businesses coming in! Why would anyone be against this??

- Exactly what is full price for a beat up foreclosed condo in Lansing? The bank that owned it seemed to think it was worth $0.00. Thats what they got for it so I guess that's full price. And how do you know the church will not have to pay taxes on it? Even if they didn't have to, I'm quite sure the village will survive without the minimal amount of money the taxes from that property would bring. You need to be aware that churches do a lot for our communities, and while a village doesn't get a lot of taxes from a church, the benefits cannot be measured in dollars. These are good people in office, I know some of them and truly respect their vision for Lansing, and they deserve another term for sure.

Or would you still be on here making a big stink over nothing, trying to move your favorite political party into office? I'm not going to have a political argument , but the administration you want in office WILL do deals like this just as the previous administration did, and the one before that, and so on. Every village with every type of administration does.
