an average of 5 minutes? You're fabricating pal. An average of 5min would mean sometimes you've waited as much as 7min which is totally not true or even 3min which just doesn't happen either. Try to be truthful. I like them also but it just isn't needed here.

You're right Bob. I too have navigated that intersection 40some yrs. and never a problem and right now it's a mess with construction! It's just fine the way it is, but, this is what politicians do when funds are available, spend it. They dream up projects to spend on like a roundabout then pat themselves on the back, as does the Chamber of Commerce with their attaboys. I've no ax to grind with the Mayor but this is wasteful. I hear the next project is route 30 "beautification."

Agreed. It works just fine but I think the roundabout is one of the MANY components of change so Valparaiso will be another Naperville Illinois making the Chicago yuppies transplanted to this area feel more at home.
