- Oh how sad....I new Ed. We are the same age and went to high school together. And although we have not seen each other in many years, This still hurts very much. Ed was a very special person. You know the kinda of person who stands out among people you have met in your life. He was full of energy and had a great sense of humor. We started playing electric guitars around the same time. And to this day he taught me one of the best guitar licks I know. And once when I was doing a small gig. And I wanted to look cool. He let me borrow his very cool Gibson Explorer guitar. He stayed close by to keep an eye on his prize possession. But that was the kinda guy he was. Who would go out of his way so I could look cooler on stage.,I'm sorry it took me so long to say this Eddie. And I hope in some way you can hear this. But I am so very glad to have had a chance to have known you. RIP my brother RIP
