  1. Using the healthcare costs argument many here are using, I propose that obese people be restricted to being no closer to the doors of any fast food restaurant than 8 feet. Why?

    Be careful how you justify this argument against smokers by using the costs of it because you never know where government telling you what you can and cannot do will ever end.
    It's called the Law of Unintended Consequences.
    I don't like to have my children exposed to obese people stuffing their faces in ANY restaurant, it offends me and it's dangerous behavior and IT MUST BE STOPPED AT ALL COSTS.
