  1. Fleeing law enforcement in a vehicle is a class D felony. He did not do this. He pulled over as soon as the siren and lights came on. There was no "high speed chase". He was ticketed for a blinker, seat belt and driving too fast. The city went on all out attack on him include defaming him in an effort to get rid of him because of a vote against demolishing a historic building.

    The real story is about the city - not Stabosz. The good ole boys club is the local media.
