  1. Even with the Truth staring you in the face you choose to be close minded, this is why its so hard for him to move forward, is people just like you. It had nothing to do with the "case not being strong enough". These children couldn't keep their lies straight to even have a "case".
    Its so much easier to believe that people are monsters, I pray that the truth isnt revealed to you by this happening in your own life.........but you know how Karma is.

  2. Maybe you should do some research on the issue before you make up a statement or believe the lies of someone else. The Supreme Court of Indiana is described below and only takes appeals, not dismissals! Ignorance is bliss huh? Seriously get your facts straight!

    From the Indiana.gov website:
    In all appeals where a person was sentenced to death or life in prison, the Indiana Supreme Court has mandatory jurisdiction. This means the court must hear the appeal, and the case comes directly to the Supreme Court from the trial court instead of first going to the Court of Appeals. The Supreme Court also has mandatory jurisdiction over appeals whenever a state trial court has declared a statute passed by the legislature to be unconstitutional.

    In cases that have been first appealed to the Indiana Court of Appeals, the Indiana Supreme Court has discretionary jurisdiction. This means that the five justices of the Supreme Court decide if they will hear the appeal. The Supreme Court selects cases that it thinks are the most important to Indiana citizens.

Not only for the public's opinion of him, but of his co workers, then his family that turned their backs, and lets not forget the betrayal and broken trust of these children. What the story failed to say was these were his own daughters......great way to get full custody and full child support huh!

  4. deliverme........It has been dropped by the State of Indiana because they couldn't keep their lies straight your an idiot to believe it will go to the supreme court! And for you to have knowledge of the Sr. means I have a real good idea who you are. People that remain closed minded and throw stones will REAP WHAT YOU SOW! You couldnt pay me enough to be in your shoes or theirs when judgement comes and you answer for what you have said and the sides you took!

    Im not sure why you think that because the Father is a monster that the son is as well. The victim here is the son in BOTH of these instances.

    100101110 and oneview, there will be no charges brought about on either one of these children. The state will do NOTHING so they continue to get away with what they did. Yes the system is corrupt, so many men go to jail for a crime that they never committed. I have story after story of it.

  5. Unfortunately they WONT have anything on their record, but Mr. West lost 23 days for jail time and court dates for over 17 months along with an arrest for being accused of being a "monster". This will follow him for the rest of his life, as they just walk away laughing.

  6. Yes they did make it up, because of a divorce. Vengeance and hate to ruin a good man's life. After 17 months the truth is revealed! There is no punishment for minors who say these twisted disgusting things, they are the "victim's" and always believed even when their are inconsistencies from the beginning. The real "victim" is William West and his family that still and always believed in him.
