How is it that the father(s) of these babies is not charged with statutory rape? Or her parents charged with neglect? A 16 year old with 2 kids???? That is just wrong.

Am I the only one that thinks that Exit 21 was one of the most poorly designed interchanges EVER? The eastbound and westbound traffic have to merge and crisscross each other to get from the toll road to 94. The bridges are narrow and there are accidents there regularly. It is a mess! A redesign should've been in the works the day after it was opened! I would hate to see this exit elimated completely because it is so heavily used but it definitely needs improvement.
